Baseball Begins WCAC Play, Beats DeMatha and Good Counsel
On Monday, March 20, Baseball defeated DeMatha 3-1. Pitcher Jack Feehery '24 earned the win, finishing the day with 4.2 innings pitched, 1 earned run, and 6 strikeouts to improve his record as the starting pitcher to 2-0 on the year. Bryson Moore '23 closed out the Stags to earn the save for the Eagles.
On Thursday, March 23, Gonzaga travelled to Olney, MD to take on Good Counsel. The Eagles defeated the Falcons 9-4.
Baseball is now 5-3 overall and 2-0 in WCAC play. Next up, The Eagles will face Colgan High School in Manassas, VA on Saturday, March 25. You can find the entire schedule here.
