Gonzaga fields three rugby teams - Varsity Purple, Varsity Black (developmental varsity team), and a Freshman/Sophomore team. Gonzaga Rugby's season begins in February and runs through May. Varsity Purple is one of the most successful rugby teams in the country for well over a decade, with the team winning its fifth National Championship in program history in 2023.

The 2024 Eagles look forward to once again playing one of the most competitive schedules in the country, with nationally ranked Top 25 teams throughout the schedule. We look forward to a great season of competition in the Spring of 2024 and hope to see you at our games. Go Eagles!
