Indoor Track Finishes 2nd at WCAC Invitational, 6 Eagles to Compete at Nationals
Track & Field finished their season strong at the WCAC Invitational on Saturday, February 25. The meet was the first of its kind and only the top three places scored throughout the day. See the Eagles point scorers listed below:
Six Eagles are competing in the New Balance Indoor Nationals this weekend, March 10-12. Anthony Sarro '26 competed in the Freshman Mile on Thursday, March 9 and finished 22nd out of 70 qualifiers - click here to watch his race.
The 4x200 Relay Team of Kainoa Winston '25, Deuce Lee '23, Brendan Lee '23, and Lincoln Fisher '25 will compete today, Friday March 10, at 3:51pm in the Championship Division. The team is looking to improve on its indoor school record for the event of 1:31.95, and hopes to qualify for the finals on Saturday.
John Dearie '24 and Winston will compete on Saturday morning, in the 60 meter hurdle prelims and in the 60 meter dash prelims respectively. They hope to qualify for the semifinals that will be run on Sunday.
