Soccer Remains Undefeated

Tuesday, September 13th the Varsity Eagles took on the Little Hoyas of Georgetown Prep. The Eagles got off to a slow start and conceded a goal midway through the first half. But the second half proved to be very different. Daniel Bollman '24 got the scoring going when he pounced on a rebound to tie the game 1-1. Minutes later, midfielder Leo Marques da Costa '23 beat the keeper and slotted in a goal at the near post (video below). Colin Prendergast '23 iced the game with a goal of his own to put the game out of reach. The Eagles won the match, 3-1.
