Magnus health record and physical exam must be completed
ALL health records must be completed in Magnus for students to attend Orientation and Athletic Tryouts. The link is located on Gonzaga Parent Portal. ALL Students must have a current DC Health Certificate on file (physical exam/immunization) every 365 days.
New Families will receive their login information in May.
Returning Families must renew/update their son's health record after May 25th, 2018.
