Football Beats #1 DeMatha 26-20 On The Road

The varsity football team held on for a huge win over top-ranked DeMatha 26-20 on Friday, October 6.  In front of a great crowd at the PG Sports & Learning Complex in Landover, MD, the Eagles led 19-0 at halftime and 26-0 to start the 4th quarter.  The Stags would mount a furious comeback, but Coach Trivers’ team continued to trust in each other to earn the victory and to improve to 6-1 overall and 2-0 in WCAC play.
