Gonzaga Hockey is represented on the ice by three teams: V1, V2, and JV, and competes in both the MAPHL and the WCAC. The V1 team has won six of the last nine MAPHL AA championships and won the 10th title in program history in 2024. The Eagles finished ranked #2 by the Washington Post. Additionally, the V2 team won the MAPHL A title for the sixth time in school history and third consecutive year.

 

Every year, the program hosts the Gonzaga National Capital Hockey Tournament, known as the Purple Puck, which takes place in late December. Now in its 31st year, the Purple Puck draws top teams from around the country.
