Gonzaga Celebrates Charter Day

On Monday, May 15, the Gonzaga community gathered for its annual Charter Day assembly, when we recognize the many accomplishments of our students and faculty and celebrate the culmination of the academic year.

Highlights include the presentation of academic and extracurricular awards for students, as well as several special awards for faculty – including the Herlihy Award, the President’s Eagle Award, and the recognition of faculty members celebrating milestone anniversaries with the school.

In addition, at the end of the assembly, Father Lingan announced that the school had concluded its Forever Gonzaga Bicentennial Campaign, exceeding its  ambitious fundraising goal of $75 million. To read a letter that he wrote to the community and to watch a video of gratitude, please click here.
