Three Eagles Named to All-RunWashington Teams
Heading into high school at Gonzaga, Gavin McElhennon '19, wasn't sure which sports he would play, writes RunWashington.com. “I just figured I’d do crew,” he said. “I hadn’t done it before but why not.” The article says that a vacation with a friend, which included a 5k at the beach, convinced him otherwise. He decided to run cross country as a freshman, and hasn't looked back. Gavin was just named to the All-Region and All-DC teams. You can read the entire article here.
