This year we celebrate our 31^st Anniversary and it promises to be the biggest, most competitive tournament in our history. In addition to competitive hockey against state champion-level teams from across the country, the Purple Puck also presents an amazing opportunity for your students to visit Washington, DC, and experience our Nation’s Capital.

Tournament Details:

What: The National Capital Hockey Tournament (the Purple Puck)

When: Dec. 27-29, 2025

Where: The St James – 6805 Industrial Rd, Springfield, VA 22151

Cost: $1,500 per team

Format: 2 6-team divisions - Prep and Varsity, 4-game guarantee - 3 Round Robin games, Consolation/Semifinal Round, and Tournament Championship
