Physical Education
This course will introduce students (athletes and non-athletes alike) to the fundamentals of proper exercise techniques and health wellness. Participants will learn basic human anatomy, the science associated with Multimodal General Physical Preparedness (MMGPP) training, along with healthy nutritional habits. This class will seek to be fluid in nature by being part classroom, weight room, outdoors, book and podcast. The mission will be to create a wholesome health and fitness attitude. This will be an opportunity for students to experience both the learning of theory and the discovery of application through practical extracurricular experiences.

(One Semester) This course introduces students to the field of Athletic Training in healthcare through a combination of lectures, hands-on practical skills, and a research study on a related topic. Students will explore the fundamentals of sports medicine, general healthcare, and emergency medical practices, while also gaining insight into the roles and responsibilities of athletic trainers. The course emphasizes basic first aid, CPR certification, and essential intervention techniques, ensuring students develop practical, real-world skills in athletic training.
