  • The Spirit of Gonzaga Annual Photography Competition begins

    This annual photo competition is open to all current Gonzaga students! Each student can submit up to 6 images across 8 different categories.  Cash prizes will be awarded for Best in Category and First Place Overall. Photo submissions are due by Thursday, April 21, 2022.

  • GMC Faculty Treats

    GMC volunteers prepare a home-cooked breakfast for the Faculty and Staff to thank them for all they do, on the first Friday of each month. 

    Please arrive by 6:15 am in the Lower Commons. Service begins at 7:00 am and everything is done and clean up by 9:00 am.

  • Alumni Association Meeting

    Dooley Hall - Arrupe Commons - -
    Alumni Association meetings give Gonzaga alumni the chance to hear up-to-the-minute information about what's going on at Gonzaga, from club activities to sporting events, and all Alumni Association events. We begin with fellowship and dinner at 6:00 pm and at 6:30 pm the meeting is called to order. Meetings typically last an hour and a half depending upon attendance and agenda items to be discussed. The meetings are open to all alumni of Gonzaga.

  • Ignatian Reflection & Prayer Group

    Virtual
    The Ignatian Reflection and Prayer Group consists of Gonzaga moms and female guardians who gather monthly via Zoom to explore the Ignatian spirituality at the heart of their sons’ education, and reflect on how to put it into practice in their own lives.

    They seek to deepen their faith by reading and discussing relevant essays and books and participating in guided reflections combined with a variety of Ignatian forms of prayer.

    All are welcome to join our casual and welcoming group!

    74th Annual Father Son Communion Breakfast

    The biggest GFC event of the year, the Father-Son Communion Breakfast begins with Mass and is followed by brunch at the Hyatt Regency; a different keynote speaker comes each year. Volunteers—who do not have to miss Mass or breakfast—serve as ushers in the church, help guide people to the hotel ballroom, and man the ticket table.

  • Onyx Alumni Association Meeting

    The Onyx Alumni Association of Gonzaga College High School is a division of the Gonzaga Alumni Association which is dedicated to supporting and promoting diversity at Gonzaga College High School and within its community, seeks to broaden and strengthen the connections of Alumni.  Those connection serve to support current, prospective and future minorities who are committed to successfully matriculating and graduating from Gonzaga. 

    Onyx Alumni Association meetings give Gonzaga minority alumni the chance to hear up-to-the-minute information about what's going on at Gonzaga, from school club activities to sporting events, and other activities occurring within the school. Meetings begin with fellowship and dinner at 6:00 pm and at 6:30 pm the meeting is called to order. Meetings are open to all alumni of Gonzaga.

    IFF is a day for Gonzaga students and faculty to experience the diversity of our school community by enjoying delicious food from countries all over the world. On the morning of April 27th, students and faculty will purchase wristbands that allow them to sample authentic international dishes and desserts during their lunch period.

    Wrist bands will be on sale for $10 cash on the morning of April 27th.  The cafeteria will be open for breakfast that day as usual.
    Proceeds to benefit the Modern and Classical Language Department.

    Please sign up to bring in a food donation or, if you have no time to cook, you can give a monetary donation. Your son will receive extra credit in his Modern and Classical Language class for bringing in a dish/donation -- please have him check with his teacher!

    The Undergraduate College Admissions process has changed drastically over the last  20 years with each passing year labeled as "the most competitive year ever."  Topics will include a presentation on the State of College Admission, What does Test Optional really mean and the role of Enrollment Management which has created single digit acceptance rates.

    Forever Gonzaga Bicentennial Mass and Gala

    St. Aloysius Church and National Building Museum
    Gonzaga's Forever Gonzaga Bicentennial Gala will be a celebration of Gonzaga’s proud history over the past 200 years. 

    The Gala will begin with a Mass in St. Aloysius Church at 5:00 PM and be followed by a black-tie optional dinner celebration at the National Building Museum. 

    For those who are joining us, here are some night-of details:

    • Gonzaga's parking garage is available throughout the evening, and will be open until midnight. 
    • Continuous shuttle bus service will be available between the church and The National Building Museum following Mass until the conclusion of the event at 11:00 pm
    • Complimentary valet parking at The National Building Museum will be available from 6 PM until the conclusion of the event. Guests should arrive at the museum's North Entrance at 440 G Street, NW, to use the valet. 
    • Please check in when you arrive to receive your dinner table assignment.
    • The reception will begin at 6:30 pm however guests are welcome to come directly following Mass. The dinner and program will begin after cocktail hour shortly before 8pm.
    • Shuttles will run on a loop to return guests to Gonzaga as needed. The evening will wrap up between 10:30 pm  and 11:00 pm and we expect many to head to the Dubliner to continue the celebration.
    • Attire: Black Tie Optional. Beyond ticket sales, the event will not include additional fundraising.
