News of Alumni: Christopher Warren ‘95

A recent profile of Christopher Warren ‘95 in the Dartmouth Alumni Magazine sheds light on Warren’s work as a pioneer in the emerging field of “computational bibliography.”

As an English professor at Carnegie Mellon University, Warren does more than analyze literature, he studies its origins -- how it actually got on the page, and who put it there. A former Gonzaga faculty member, Warren also taught at DC’s St. Anselm’s Abbey School and the University of Chicago. He earned his doctorate in early modern literature from Oxford University.
