Angel Enriquez '22 Recognized in Congressional Art Competition

Congratulations to Angel Enriquez '22 whose artwork was selected as a winner in the 39th Annual Congressional Art Competition.

Each spring, the Congressional Institute sponsors a nationwide high school visual art competition to recognize and encourage artistic talent in the nation and in each congressional district. Students submit entries to their representative’s office, and panels of district artists select the winning entries.

Called "Between Two Points (Good and Evil)," Angel's work is a digital three-dimensional sculpture for a traffic circle that forms words from the different elements (and their relative positions). The words "Good," "Covid," and "Evil" can be made out depending on the viewer's position.

Congratulations to Angel!
