Cardinal Gregory Celebrates Mass at Gonzaga

Gonzaga was honored to host his eminence Wilton Cardinal Gregory, the archbishop of the Archdiocese of Washington, on Eye Street on Thursday.

Alongside Father Lingan, the Cardinal celebrated a school-wide Mass in St. Aloysius Church. During his homily he spoke about the need for students to be decisive men of action -- to "make a choice" to be a Man for Others each and every day. Following Mass, the Cardinal also blessed Gonzaga's recently renovated sacristy.

We are grateful to Cardinal Gregory for taking the time during this busy season of Lent to be with our community.
