Grandparents Day--Enjoy the Photos!

Over 500 Gonzaga students and their grandparents joined us this past Sunday, September 18 for Gonzaga's Grandparents Day. The morning included Mass in St. Aloysius Church, celebrated by Fr. Lingan, followed by brunch in the Carmody Center.

During brunch, guests had the chance to hear from former Gonzaga English Teacher Rick Cannon, who taught on Eye Street for more than 40 years and who is the grandfather of Billy Cannon of the Class of 2024. "We loved welcoming our students' grandparents to Eye Street -- many of them for the first time," said David Dugan '98, Gonzaga's Senior Vice President of Alumni and Advancement. "During the student-led tours and brunch, it was clear how proud our students were to show off their school -- and how proud the grandparents were of their grandsons. It was a really special day."

September 18 also happened to be Father Lingan's birthday -- happy birthday, Father Lingan! We hope you enjoy these great photos from the day. In addition, if you are a Gonzaga parent and you think your parent would like to receive communications from Gonzaga, please fill out this form. We'd love to send them the  weekly Eye Street Headlines email, Gonzaga Magazine, and other publications from Eye Street.
