Football Ranked #2, Will Open Season vs Florida Powerhouse

The much-anticipated 131st Season of Gonzaga Football kicks off on Friday, August 30 at 6:30 PM vs American Heritage from Plantation, Florida. Coming off of a championship season in 2018, the Eagles have high expectations for the 2019 season. The team has seven home games this year, click here for the complete schedule. 

The Washington Post released its first high school football rankings of the year, placing Gonzaga #2 behind St. John's. Click here or below for the article.

The Eagles are also ranked nationally in a number of polls, but Head Coach Randy Trivers knows that rankings don't mean much; instead, the team is focused on facing an extremely tough opponent to start the season. Best of luck to Coach T and the team!
