Crew Wins Shrewsbury Cup, Ready for WMIRA Championship

The Gonzaga rowers had a great showing at the Shrewsbury Cup on Lake Marburg at Codorus State Park, PA. The Eagles raced against Central Catholic and Chaminade.  Gonzaga won five of the seven races with the V8 winning the Paul G. Hamm Trophy and the 2V8 winning the Theresa Clair Cup. They also took home the Shrewsbury Cup for team points.  Click here for complete results.

On Friday, May 4, the V8 won the Foley Cup!
On Sunday, May 6, the program will host the WMIRA Championships on the Anacostia River located at 1900 M St SE, Washington, DC 20003.  The first race is scheduled to start at 11:30am.
