NHS Food Drive ends

The Gonzaga Chapter of the National Honor Society is proud to host the annual Canned Food Drive through Tuesday, November 14. This three-week effort is crucial for the McKenna Center, providing dozens of families with warm food as the weather gets colder.

The Canned Food Drive will be accepting only canned soup this year. Since the food will not be prepared at the McKenna Center, instead being sent directly to families in need, accepting only soup ensures that the donations are provided in portions that are useful to the wellbeing of the families served.

Cans should be dropped off in four different donation boxes within Cantwell-Ruesch, assigned by grade level: freshmen should deliver cans to the Cantwell-Ruesch central entrance, sophomores should bring theirs to the religion hall entryway, juniors should drop off cans at the social studies hall entrance, and seniors should place their cans in a box located in the Student Services Rotunda.

Thank you for your participation!
