Onyx Club Bake Sale
Dooley Hall - Lower Commons - -Gonzaga clubs and teams hold bake sales in order to raise money for their groups. Freshman Rowing Interest Meeting
Cantwell Classroom 318Any and all Freshmen and Novice Sophomores who are interested in Gonzaga Fall Rowing please join us to meet the Rowing Coaches and hear about plans for the 2021-2022 season.
Gonzaga Rowing runs programs Fall, Winter and Spring, with Spring being the competitive racing season. All practices held after school. Each season session builds on the one before it, especially for Freshmen, where the theme is "crawl, walk, run". Intro to the sport in the fall (essentially all on the water), intro to indoor training during the winter (weights, running and in-door rowing), and preparation for racing in the spring. -

GMC Membership Meeting
Dooley Hall - Lower Commons - -The Gonzaga Mothers Club is open to mothers and guardians of Gonzaga students, and those friends and benefactors of the school who wish to participate in or contribute to the Mothers Club activities.
The GMC meets on the second Wednesday of the month in the Lower Commons. All are welcome! The social begins at 6:30 pm, and the meeting begins at 7:00 pm.
The GMC Board of Directors (the Executive Committee and all Event Chairs) will be meeting at 5:30pm in the Lower Commons (prior to the regular GMC Meeting). -

Back to School Night
Ruesch Cantwell ClassroomsBack-to-school night in the fall offers new and returning parents alike the opportunity to meet their sons' teachers and to experience firsthand the environment and objectives of the classroom.-First period begins at 6:45pm. There is no program before 1st period this year.
-Refreshments will be served beginning at 6:15pm in the Collins Courtyard and will be available during your son’s “lunch” and/or “free” periods.
-A copy of your son’s schedule can be viewed via the Parent Resource Board on Gonzaga’s website. Simply click on the NetCommunity icon. Please take the time to discuss with your son the most efficient route around campus, to and from his different classes.
-Please do not park in the alley behind the school or on the sidewalks. You will be ticketed. Please use the parking garage, street parking, or commercial lots.
-Your son’s counselor will be available to talk with you in the Collins Rotunda, and the college counselors will be holding brief sessions in Cantwell’s Cleary Lecture Hall (room 222) for senior parents who have a free period and would like to discuss the college application process.
-Bells will sound to let you know when to move to the next class.

Ignatian Reflection & Prayer Group
VirtualThe Ignatian Reflection and Prayer Group consists of Gonzaga moms and female guardians who gather monthly via Zoom to explore the Ignatian spirituality at the heart of their sons’ education, and reflect on how to put it into practice in their own lives.They seek to deepen their faith by reading and discussing relevant essays and books and participating in guided reflections combined with a variety of Ignatian forms of prayer.All are welcome to join our casual and welcoming group!Please click here to sign up and for more information on the chosen text. Alumni Association Meeting
Dooley Hall - Arrupe Commons - -Alumni Association meetings give Gonzaga alumni the chance to hear up-to-the-minute information about what's going on at Gonzaga, from club activities to sporting events, and all Alumni Association events. We begin with fellowship and dinner at 6:00 pm and at 6:30 pm the meeting is called to order. Meetings typically last an hour and a half depending upon attendance and agenda items to be discussed. The meetings are open to all alumni of Gonzaga. -

Freshman Spirit Day
Arrupe Commons, Carmody Center, ClearyMembers of Gonzaga’s retreat team will be holding four Spirit Days when members of the freshman class can meet and recreate with some of their new classmates as well as some very enthusiastic upperclassmen.
Freshman without an extracurricular obligation can remain on campus from 2:45 pm – 3:45 pm for an hour of fun and receive a warmer welcome still to the Eye Street community. The student leaders will conclude the hour with a brief reflection and prayer. Please encourage your son to make the most of these occasions by fostering his school spirit and that of his classmates.
