  • Gonzaga Business Network 2020 Career Fair

    The 2020 Gonzaga Business Network Career Fair is set for Thursday night, January 2 from 6-8 pm.  The fair will feature exhibitors from corporate, non-profit and government agencies looking to hire recent or upcoming college graduates, and offering paid internships to undergrads! Over 400 alumni attendees from Gonzaga and our partner schools are expected to attend.  Don’t miss out on this terrific opportunity to land your dream job!

    Dooley Hall - Lower Commons - -
    Gonzaga clubs and teams hold bake sales in order to raise money for their groups. Bake sale are usually up and running by 7:30 am and continue until the end of 6th period lunch.  If you are contributing to a bake sale you do not need to send in homemade items, you can purchase your baked goods at any store.

  • GMC Meeting

    The Gonzaga Mothers Club is open to mothers and guardians of Gonzaga students, and those friends and benefactors of the school who wish to participate in or contribute to the Mothers Club activities.  

    The GMC meets on the second Wednesday of the month in the Lower Commons. All are welcome! The social begins at 6:30 pm, and the meeting begins at 7:00 pm. Donations for the McKenna Center or Washington School for Girls are always welcome.

    By tradition, the GFC’s January meeting is given over to a dinner of beer and bratwurst and an engaging outside speaker.  Join us Wednesday January 15th at 6:30 in the Dooley Hall Lower Commons for this year’s Beer and Brats event with guest speaker Paul Sheehy, Gonzaga alum and co-owner of the Old Glory professional rugby team, and a dinner that might knock you off your new year’s resolution for healthier living.  The cost for dinner is $30; please click here to RSVP.

The freshmen arrive on campus by noon on Friday, January 17, and retreat activities continue through mid-day on Sunday, January 19. This retreat is designed for the entire freshman class and is a mandatory part of Gonzaga’s curriculum. Parents of freshmen, please mark your calendars now to avoid a scheduling conflict.

    Onyx Club Bake Sale

    This Wednesday (1/29/20), the Onyx Club will kick off Black History Month with an African American food fair in the cafeteria from 7:30- 1:30. The food fair will be complete with traditional African American foods and desserts that will undoubtedly be a huge hit on this day.  The cost will be $10 for a plate with a meat and 2 sides.  Desserts/ baked goods and individual sides will be $1- $3

  • 15th Annual High School Choir Festival

    Washington National Cathedral
    Gonzaga is excited to perform in the 15th Annual High School Choir Festival, which brings together students from public, private, and charter schools throughout the District of Columbia for a day of music-making and camaraderie. This day-long event consists of rehearsals, sectionals, vocal workshops, a group dinner, and an evening concert. Each choir performs a piece on its own along with three combined pieces, two a cappella and one with a student orchestra, under the baton of Maestro Steven Fox.

    Men for Others Diaper Drive begins

    Please encourage your son to participate in this annual whole-school service opportunity! Sizes 4, 5 & 6 are particularly needed. All diapers collected will be donated to the Greater D.C. Diaper Bank which provides a monthly average of 175,000 diapers to over 4,000 D.C. area families. The Founder and Executive Director, Corrine Cannon, is the daughter of Gonzaga's own Rick Cannon and created the Diaper Bank in 2010. 
  • Model UN Team Dress Down Day

    Students can support the efforts of the Model UN Team and enjoy a dress down day by making a $3.00 donation to the team in either the Arrupe Commons or outside of Student Services at the beginning of the school day.
