Indoor Track's Sarro '26 and Tulloch '27 Lead The Way at DCSAAs
Indoor Track scored 109 points to finish in a tie for second place in the DCSAA Championship on Tuesday, February 10 at the PG Sports and Learning Complex in Landover, MD. St. John's also finished with 109 points while Archbishop Carroll took the team title with 118 points.
Anthony Sarro ‘26 won two gold medals by taking the 1600m in an indoor school record 4:12.35 (Billy Ledder '10 - 4:13.42) and winning the 3200m. Ozias Tulloch ‘27 won the Long Jump and took bronze in the 55 hurdles. Tulloch also started the 4x400m Relay (Tyghe Madigan ‘26, Kenrick St Louis ‘27, Ryan Brown ‘28) which took second place in a season best time of 3:29.32, and took fourth in the 300m. Langston Blair rounded out the medals by taking bronze in the Triple Jump. Additional notable scoring included fourth place finishes from Derien Terry '26 (55m), Jerry Harrison '26 (Long Jump), Aamir Uthman '26 (High Jump), Rocco Williams '26 (Shot), Teddy Fritz '26 (800m), and the 4x800 Relay (Jack Coogan ’28, Kian Ash ’28, Declan Musselman ’27, Max Gaston ’27).
