Track Celebrates Season, Ready for WCACs and DCSAAs
On Wednesday, the Track and Field program held its Spring Banquet. Under second-year head coach Conrad Singh '00, the team gathers before the final championship meets each season to bring all of the families together to reflect on success in and out of competition. It was a great night celebrating growth, accomplishments, and the Class of 2023. Enjoy photos and slides from the program:
On the year, the program broke three school records: 4x200 Relay, 4x100 Relay, and the 200m Dash. Both relays included Kainoa Winston '25, Deuce Lee '23, Brendan Lee '23, and Lincoln Fisher '25. Here is a highlight of Winston's 200m Dash (21.58) which broke the school record (21.90) previously held by Doug Dutch '04:
Next up is the WCAC Championship on Friday, May 19 and Saturday, May 20 at Good Counsel High School. And next week the Eagles will finish the season at the DCSAA Championships on Wednesday, May 24 and Thursday, May 25 at Dunbar High School.
