Students Visit National Gallery of Art, Hirshhorn Museum, and National Archives

Gonzaga's location makes excursions to the National Mall easy. On Thursday, March 24, Gonzaga’s Art History classes visited the National Gallery of Art, where they explored both the East and West wings as well as the Hirshhorn Museum’s sculpture garden.

A few days later, on Monday, March 28, the Book Club visited the National Archives Museum, where they had the chance to see two exhibits: Rightfully Hers: American Women and the Vote and Record of Rights, which explores how generations of Americans have sought to fulfill the promise of the founding documents.

We hope you enjoy these nice photos of both trips.
