News of Alumni: Brad Whitaker ‘18
On Monday, June 14th, Brad Whitaker ‘18 won the 100th Maryland State Amateur Championship for golf.
After successfully navigating the qualifier, two rounds of stroke play, and four head-to-head match play opponents, Brad defeated the two-time defending Maryland Amateur champion in the 36 hole final 4&3.
Connor Ebel ‘20 helped Brad along the way as his caddy. Brad is entering his senior year at Georgetown University in the fall. Full results for the tournament can be found here.
