"Toes on the Line!"
On Tuesday, May 18, faculty and staff who are Gonzaga alumni surprised Coach Jackson and Coach Maddox during their last P.E. class ever on Eye Street. The group dressed in their gym uniforms and “put their toes on the line” to send the two legendary teachers off in style.
Current students and other faculty and staff joined the 8th period class as well, cheering on the two teachers and offering a few words of congratulations and thanks. “We are left with deep gratitude for what these two have done for our beloved school, and each of us personally and professionally,” said Mr. Devon Leary ‘06.
