Meet the Athletic Staff: Head Athletic Trainer Penny Lynch

This week we will continue our Athletic Department interview series by talking with Athletic Trainer Ms. Penny Lynch! Ms. Lynch is in her 23rd year on Eye Street, where she works with athletes on all of our 40+ sports teams. Click here to listen to her conversation with Assistant Athletic Director Casey O’Neill ‘96. Ms. Lynch has helped Gonzaga Sports win more championships than we can count and has been on the sidelines for varsity Eagle teams taking home the title well over 40 times. From Basketball, Football, and Soccer to Lacrosse, Rugby, and more, "Ms. Penny" is always there for the coaches and the boys.

Ms. Lynch is a member of the DC Athletic Trainer Association and is a certified Athletic Trainer in Maryland and Virginia. She started an intern program at Gonzaga where a student from George Washington University in Washington DC has supported Gonzaga Athletics every semester over the last 15 years.
