GBN Hosts "Job Search in a Pandemic" Virtual Event

On Tuesday, January 5, the Gonzaga Business Network (GBN) hosted a free, live Zoom meeting for young alumni called "Job Search in a Pandemic." This event, which took the place of the annual GBN Career Fair and drew over 100 alumni from partner schools, featured a panel of human resources and recruiting experts discussing best practices and strategic tips for conducting a job search and virtual interviewing during the pandemic.

The panel was moderated by Lulu Gonella, Owner of LWG Consulting, and panelists for the event included:
- Kathryn Griffin, Principal & Owner of Ariel Consulting LLC
- Tim Strike, Vice President of Talent Acquisition at MicroTech
- Reginald A. Taylor, HR consultant and the Director of Human Resources at PilieroMazza

The program concluded with media expert Pat Rafferty (P'18) talking about best practices for a virtual interview video. You can watch that video below, and click here to watch the entire event.

Thank you to the GBN for organizing this event, to all the panelists who helped make it possible, and to everyone who attended!
