Christopher Cowardin '20 Becomes "Double Eagle"

Christopher Cowardin recently attained the Boy Scouts of America rank of Eagle Scout, making him a “Double Eagle.” He is a member of Troop 301 in Alexandria, VA. 
 
Christopher’s Eagle Scout project was the development of an Advocacy Campaign for the Arlington Diocese “Welcome Home Program” which assists formerly incarcerated individuals to return successfully to society. As part of his project, Christopher collected over 100 “Welcome Home Backpacks” containing personal items to assist these individuals as well as donations of over $1,400. Christopher is the second "Double Eagle" of his family, joining brother William ’18.
