Golf Team Gives Back Through First Tee Program

On Thursday, April 11 the Gonzaga Golf Team went to East Potomac Golf Course to volunteer with the First Tee Program of Washington, DC, which introduces young people to the game of golf and its inherent values. The Gonzaga players spent two hours working with beginner golfers on the course, short game area, and driving range--having a great time using their talents to help young players develop an interest in the game. 

In addition to their service this week, the team also gained two match-play wins against McNamara on Monday, April 8 (8-1) and against Ireton on Wednesday, April 10 (8-1).
