Students Travel to Argentina and Uruguay

This year's annual Language and Cultural Immersion Trip took ten students to Argentina and Uruguay for ten days in June. Highlights of the trip included visiting two Jesuit schools (Colegio del Salvador in Buenos Aires and Colegio Seminario in Montevideo), touring the US Embassy in Buenos Aires, and serving breakfast at a drop-in center for the homeless in Buenos Aires.

The students also had the oppotunitiy to take in some culture--going on city tours, attending Mass at a Jesuit church, visiting a ranch for a peek into the gaucho lifestyle, going to a tango show, and training with a local soccer coach.

Here are some great photos from the trip. Enjoy!
