Rugby Dominates Season Opener

Gonzaga Rugby opened the 2018 season with a decisive victory over Gregory the Great on Saturday, February 17 on Buchanan Field. Ten different players scored twelve tries. The team was led by two tries each from Will Lyke ‘18 and John Thompson ‘19.  Owen Sheehy ’19 was accurate in the kicking game and had 20 points for the Eagles.

Next up, the team will take on St. Ignatius of Cleveland on Saturday, February 24 on Buchanan Field at 2pm.
