Football Camps

Thank you for your interest in Gonzaga's Purple Eagle Football Camp! Led by Varsity Gonzaga Football Coach Randy Trivers and his staff, Gonzaga Football camps and clinics are a great opportunity for young players to learn and improve. The 2017 summer camp takes place on historic Buchanan Field, in the heart of Washington, D.C., and is open to rising 3rd to 8th graders.

  • Dates

    There are two weeks of Camp this summer--July 17-21 and July 24-28. Hours are 9 AM to 3 PM daily. 
  • Prices

    $75 per day
    $300 for one full week
    $550 for two full weeks
  • Daily Schedule

    9:00am-10:00am: Dynamic Warm-up Speed & Agility Instruction
    10:00am-11:00am: Offensive Instruction
    11:00am-11:30pm: Lunch
    11:30am-12:00pm: Gonzaga Player Presentations
    12:00pm-1:00pm: Defensive Instruction
    1:00pm-2:00pm: Classroom & Video Instruction
    2:00pm-3:00pm: Competition Games
  • Gear

    This is a non-contact camp that does not require helmets, shoulder pads, etc. All campers should wear athletic shorts, t-shirt, sneakers, and socks. Much of the camp (weather permitting) will be on Buchanan Field, so each camper should bring a pair of cleats if possible. Our camp curriculum will use the gymnasium and auxiliary indoor facilities when necessary. Football gloves are optional. Every camper will receive a camp t-shirt in the size requested during registration.
  • Lunch

    Lunch is not included in the camp fees. Campers should either pack and bring lunch or bring money to buy food. Prices are as follows:

    Pizza: $2
    Chips: $1
    Power Bars: $2
    Granola Bars: $1
    Gatorade: $2
    Bottled Water: $1
  • Before and After Care

    Camp personnel will be available to supervise campers beginning at 8:00am prior to the start of camp and from 3:00pm-4:00pm at the end of camp. The fees for before and after care are $10.00 per hour and can be paid at the beginning of the week or daily in the mornings prior to the start of camp.
