  • GFC Meeting - Open to Gonzaga Students

    Dooley Hall - Lower Commons - -
The guest speaker for the Gonzaga Fathers Club March Meeting will be attorney and author Brian Stolarz.

Alfred Dewayne Brown spent 10 years on Death Row in Texas for a crime he did not commit.
He was released in June 2015 and was the 13th person released from Death Row in Texas since 1973 and was the 154th person released from Death Row nationally.  Come and hear one of Mr. Brown’s attorneys, Brian Stolarz of LeClairRyan in Alexandria, talk about Mr. Brown’s exoneration and his Washington Post best-selling book Grace and Justice on Death Row, a spiritual journey about what it took to secure justice for one client against significant odds.

Mr. Stolarz has spoken across the country at colleges, law schools, and religious conferences. Mr. Brown’s case will also be profiled in a Netflix documentary later this year.

Meeting attendance is FREE and open to fathers and students.  The GFC will be serving a delicious dinner. Please click here for more information and to RSVP to ensure adequate food is provided.
