    Basketball Team Bake Sale

    Dooley Hall - Lower Commons - -
    Gonzaga clubs and teams hold bake sales in order to raise money for their groups. Bake sale are usually up and running by 7:30 am and continue until the end of 6th period lunch.  If you are contributing to a bake sale you do not need to send in homemade items, you can purchase your baked goods at any store.

    McKenna's Wagon is a mobile soup kitchen that departs daily from Martha's Table, near U Street, and serves the homeless.  A Gonzaga group goes out every Wednesday evening as part of this program. Each week, we take 3 sophomores. Sign up forms are located in the Campus Ministry Office.

    Sheehy Theater
    The Gonzaga Choral Arts Spring Concert will take place in historic Sheehy Theater. The Gonzaga Choruses and Chamber Choir will do selections ranging from CSNY to Daniel Caesar, and will feature at least 8 guitars. Our departing Seniors will also be highlighted.

  • The Erik S. Kristensen Eye Street Klassic

    The Courses at Andrews Air Force Base, 4442 W Perimeter Rd, Joint Base Andrews, MD 20762
    The eleventh annual Erik S. Kristensen Eye Street Klassic will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018, at the Courses at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland.  All golfers and volunteers in the Klassic will need to register with Andrews AFB before coming to the course.  Click here to register.  

    You must bring a government-issued ID for entrance to the base. No golfers will be allowed onto Andrews without a valid ID (driver’s license or passport).  The event will be held rain or shine!

    The 69th Annual Father-Son-Faculty Communion Breakfast

    St. Aloysius Church
    The Father/Son Communion Breakfast begins with Mass in St. Al’s and is followed by brunch at the Hyatt Regency.  Retired USAF colonel and NASA astronaut Benjamin Alvin Drew, Jr. ’80 will be this year's keynote speaker.  Colonel Drew, who retired from the Air Force in September 2010, logged more than 600 hours in space on Space Shuttles Endeavour and Discovery.

    High school rugby’s biggest East Coast rivalry resumes at 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 6, when #2-nationally-ranked Gonzaga hosts #5 Xavier of New York, the oldest high school rugby program in the U.S. At stake are seedings for the National High School Rugby Championship tournament in Kansas City, Missouri, on May 17-19. Come cheer on the Eagles in their quest to win nationals in Kansas City!

    Mother's Day Flowers

    In support of our neighbors at Unique Residential Center, Gonzaga students will take time in their Religion classes to share flowers and good Mothers Day wishes with Unique's female residents leading up to Mothers Day. Students are asked to bring in flowers on May 10th.  Contact mckenna@gonzagamothers.org if you need to arrange a pickup or drop-off of a quantity of vases. Your support is greatly appreciated in brightening the day of some of the school's neighbors.

    One Act Play Festival

    The seventh annual Festival of One Act Plays will be May 17 and 18 at 7:00pm in the Sheehy
    Theater. This year, five upperclassmen will be directing and designing productions, some of which
    are original scripts. Attendance both nights is free, but we ask for a small donation of a can or two
    of non-perishable goods to benefit the McKenna Center in place of the price of admission. 
  • Rugby Nationals Quarterfinals-Gonzaga vs. Greenwich

    Gonzaga has the number one seeding going into the National Championships which are being played May 17-19 in Kansas City, MO.   Gonzaga is playing Greenwich (CT) in the quarter-final game at 2:00 on Thursday, May 17th.

    One Act Play Festival

    The Seventh Annual Festival of One Act Plays features brief plays that are designed by, acted by, directed by, and in some cases written by students, showcasing many students in new roles and giving all students the chance to try different parts of the dramatic experience.  Admission to performances is free, though we do ask for a donation of at least one non-perishable food item to be given to the McKenna Center.

    Gonzaga defeated Greenwich in the quarterfinals advancing to a record 10th consecutive semi-final. Gonzaga Purple will take on Jesuit (CA) at 4:00 Eastern Time.

    Each spring the GMC sends the Gonzaga faculty and staff off in style with a casual luncheon in the Lower Commons.
