    Gonzaga Business Network 2018 Career Fair

    The 2019 Gonzaga Business Network Career Fair is set for Thursday night, January 3 from 6-8 pm.  The fair will feature over 80 exhibitors from corporate, non-profit and government agencies looking to hire recent or upcoming college graduates, and offering paid internships to undergrads! Over 400 alumni attendees from Gonzaga and our partner schools are expected to attend.  Don’t miss out on this terrific opportunity to land your dream job!

  • Archdiocese of Washington High School Placement Testing

    Ruesch Cantwell Classrooms
    The High School Placement Test (HSPT) is a test that most Catholic high schools in the Archdiocese of Washington consider when reviewing students’ applications to their schools.  

    T
    he Saturday administration of the HSPT is for 8th grade students who are not currently enrolled in an Archdiocese of Washington, Diocese of Arlington, or Archdiocese of Baltimore Catholic school.

    Gonzaga is only hosting the HSPT.  You must have registered directly with the Archdiocese of Washington to take the test.

    McKenna's Wagon is a mobile soup kitchen that departs daily from Martha's Table, near U Street, and serves the homeless.  A Gonzaga group goes out every Wednesday evening as part of this program. Each week, we take 3 sophomores. Sign up forms are located in the Campus Ministry Office.

    The Gonzaga Mothers Club is open to mothers and guardians of Gonzaga students, and those friends and benefactors of the school who wish to participate in or contribute to the Mothers Club activities.  

    The GMC meets on the second Wednesday of the month in the Lower Commons. All are welcome! The social begins at 6:30 pm, and the meeting begins at 7:00 pm. Donations for the McKenna Center or Washington School for Girls are always welcome.

    Mass and March for Life

    Gonzaga students are welcome to participate in the March for Life.  The schedule for the day is as follows:
         9:20   Gonzaga contingent gathers for Mass in St. Al's with other Jesuit high school & college students
         9:30   Jesuit School Mass for Life - St. Aloysius Church
         10:45 Eat lunch in the Cafeteria
         11:45 Meet in Upper Commons after 4th Period lunch
          - Assign Groups
          - Walk to Rally
         12:30 Groups will meet at 7th and Constitution for the Rally for Life
    and March
         2:30-ish Gonzaga Contingent Returns to Campus
          - Those students wishing to complete the March will do so with chaperones.
          - Students will be released by the chaperone at school or at Union Station.
          - Students must remain with the chaperone until released.
    Requirements:

    Permission Form should be returned to Mrs. Garvis in Room 318 or Science Office.
    Cost/Donation: $10, first 75 will receive a hat

    Dress appropriately for potentially cold weather.  Wear Purple!!!

    Sheehy Theater
    Sophomore parents are invited to attend an evening presentation sponsored by the Counseling Department. This event will begin at 6:30pm in The Sheehy Theater. Mr. Bill Wilson, Sophomore Class Counselor, will provide information about the upcoming course registration process, general information about the social-emotional development of sophomores, and anxiety/depression in teens.

    Please join us! Light snacks will be provided.  No RSVP necessary.

  • Cathedral Choral Society's High School Choir Festival

    Washington National Cathedral, 3101 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington, DC 20016
    Gonzaga joins students from ten other DC schools in a massive collaboration in the National Cathedral. The sound is amazing in the majestic nave, and all of the schools put on a great show of choral talent.
