Watch Football Alumni in NCAA Bowl Games

Seven former Gonzaga Eagle Football players are gearing up for NCAA postseason play in the coming weeks. Also, two alumni playing in the NFL are on potential playoff teams. Johnson Bademosi '08 is a defensive back for the Houston Texans and Kevin Hogan '11 is the backup quarterback for the Denver Broncos.

  • Birmingham Bowl vs Memphis, 12/22 at NOON (ESPN)
Jack Keenan '18, University of Virginia:
  • Belk Bowl vs South Carolina, 12/29 at 12:30 PM (ABC)
Brian Johnson ’16, Virginia Tech:
  • Military Bowl vs Cincinnati (in Annapolis, MD), 12/31 at NOON (ESPN)
Max Fisher ’17, N.C. State:
  • Taxslayer Bowl vs Texas A&M, 12/31 at 7:30 PM (CBS) 
Miles Taylor ’14 & Kyle Taylor '16 (both coaching), University of Iowa:
  • Outback Bowl vs Mississippi State, 1/1 at NOON (ESPN2)
Richie Petitbon ’15, University of Alabama:
  • College Football Playoff at the Orange Bowl vs No.4 Oklahoma, 12/29 at 8 PM (ESPN)
  • (If University of Alabama wins the Orange Bowl) College Football National Championship, 1/7 at 8pm (ESPN)
