Everyone is assigned a unique username and
password for accessing the Gonzaga Network. Your username and
password are case sensitive, and you will need to use this
username/password to access the following services:
If you need to access to a specific
database, i.e. Raiser’s Edge, Student Billing or Admissions &
Registrar’s, you will be assigned that username and password by the
database administrator for that specific application.
When you sit at any computer you will need
to log into the school network with the username/password that has
been assigned to you. You will first need to press Ctrl-Alt-Delete at the same time to access the login screen.
Type your username; press the tab key to move to the password
field, and then type in your password. Then you can hit the enter
key.
A window will appear with all of the drive
mappings you have rights to. If a there is a problem, a drive
mapping may return an error. If an error occurs, please make note of
the error details and submit a Helpdesk ticket or call the Helpdesk.
Changing your Novell Password
The procedure to change your password is
quite simple.

Login to the network from any machine
with your username/password

Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete at the
same time (the Novell Client for Windows window will appear)

Left click the Change Password
button on the bottom left side

You will be required to enter your old
password and then enter your new password twice before left
clicking OK

Your password is now changed (for
the services listed above).
