Software is written and developed by human
beings. In the Bible, as early as Adam and Eve, we learn that man is
not perfect, hence software that man writes and we use everyday is
not going to be perfect. There will be bugs. There will be software
and hardware conflicts. Things might not work right all the time.
Believe or not the most reliable way to
fix most computer related issues is to reboot your computer.
If something stops working properly, on
your computer, before calling anyone or opening a Helpdesk ticket,
reboot the computer!!!
If the problem persists, then open a
Helpdesk ticket.
Believe it or not, many end users do not
know the difference between rebooting and logging out. The
difference will now be explained.
