Entering Attendance Using “Faculty Access For The Web”

 

1)      go to http://faweb.noc.gonzaga.org/faweb7/ and log in

2)      select current academic year

3)      click on the calendar icon next to the appropriate class

4)      be sure you have selected the proper term, “Fall” or “Spring”

5)      click the “Customize” button and choose appropriate dates

6)      click the cell next to the absent student on the absent date

7)      choose “abs” from the drop-list for the absent student

8)      choose the blank space from the drop-list to erase an absence

9)      when finished with class, click “Save” button

10)  choose the next class from the drop-list

11)  repeat steps 4-10 for each class

12)  clicking the “Summary” button to see a class attendance summary report, you can choose the “Print” button on this report to print the report

13)  click the “Print” button under “Term” to print your class list

14)  clicking a student’s name will display the bio data and the schedule for that student

15)  click the word “Exit” to logoff (DO NOT CLICK THE “X” IN THE BROWSER TO LOG OFF)
